Another major road construction project will soon be underway to upgrade and improve the city's roads and streets.
The Yorba Linda Blvd Project will begin approximately July 28, 2014 on much-needed improvements to Yorba Linda Blvd, from Placentia Ave to Bradford Ave.
The project construction cost is approximately $1,346,000 and is financed with Measure M, Gas Tax and Successor Agency funds.
The construction is expected to be completed within 10 weeks. Work hours will be from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Only one lane will be open in each direction during construction. Signs will be posted on Yorba Linda prior to the start of work. Access to businesses and residences shall be open except for short periods when the construction work is immediately adjacent to the property.
Further information about the project may be obtained by calling the City of Fullerton Engineering Department at (714) 738-6845.
These projects are all part of the City's capital improvement projects that includes street repairs, road widening, street light replacements, sign replacement, sewer systems repairs/replacement/upgrades, water main system replacement/upgrades, and parks improvement projects.
