Citizens United for Fullerton Safety

CUFFS (Citizens United for Fullerton Safety) was a long running, grant funded collaboration between Fullerton Joint Union High School District, Fullerton Police Department, the Boys and Girls Club, the Orange County Bar Foundation, the Fullerton Museum Center, and other community and government based organizations that provided alternative activities to gang and drug involvement for Fullerton youth.

Project Safe has taken over from Project CUFFS, the long running collaboration that produced 9 murals in Fullerton since 1994.
