Maintenance Services' Building & Facilities Division is responsible for street light repairs on public streets. If you notice that a street light has gone out on a public street, you can report it online or call Maintenance Services at (714) 738-6897.

Street lights are repaired on a weekly schedule, so the light you report will usually be fixed within one week. We respond to serious problems immediately, though occasionally these more serious problems, such as a blown circuit, may take more time to repair due to the nature of the problem.

If the street light in question is located on a private street, call Southern California Edison (1-800-611-1911) or your Homeowner's Association.
