AGENDA

Persons addressing the Commission shall be limited to five minutes unless an extension of time is granted by the Chairman subject to approval of the Commission members. When any group of persons wishes to address the Commission, it shall be proper for the Chairman to request that a spokesman be chosen to represent the group.

Public comment will be allowed on items on this agenda at the time each item is considered.

At the end of this agenda, public comments will also be allowed on items NOT on the agenda, but within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission. However, NO action may be taken on off-agenda items except as provided by law.


APPROVAL OF MINUTES

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF MARCH 1, 2004.

NEW BUSINESS

  1. CONSIDERATION OF A FULLERTON SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST TO DESIGNATE THE SOUTH SIDE OF WILSHIRE AVENUE BETWEEN ACACIA AVENUE AND THE NORTH/SOUTH ALLEY EAST OF ACACIA AVENUE; AND THE NORTH SIDE OF COMMONWEALTH AVENUE EAST ACACIA AVENUE ADJACENT TO LADERA VISTA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL, AS LOCATIONS WHERE PARKING IS PROHIBITED DURING SPECIFIC TIMES FOR STUDENT LOADING/UNLOADING.
  2. CONSIDERATION OF A FULLERTON SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST TO DESIGNATE THE NORTH SIDE OF ROBERTA AVENUE, BETWEEN HOUSTON AVENUE AND LOCUST DRIVE, AS "NO PARKING - STUDENT LOADING/UNLOADING".
  3. CONSIDERATION OF REQUEST TO REMOVE THE OVERNIGHT PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON BOTH SIDES OF BEVERLY DRIVE BETWEEN MALVERN AVENUE AND BUENA VISTA DRIVE.
  4. CONSIDERATION OF REQUEST TO REMOVE THE OVERNIGHT PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON BOTH SIDES OF WHITING AVENUE BETWEEN STANFORD AVENUE AND RAYMOND AVENUE.
  5. CONSIDERATION OF SEVERAL STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS PERTAINING TO PEDESTRIAN AND MOTORIST SAFTEY ON EUCLID STREET BETWEEN MALVERN AVENUE AND VALLEY VIEW DRIVE.
  6. CONSIDERATION OF A STAFF PROPOSAL TO IMPLEMENT SPECIFIC PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE CITY POINTE (MORGAN GROUP) PUBLIC PARKING STRUCTURE LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHAPMAN AVENUE EAST OF HARBOR BOULEVARD.
  7. CONSIDERATION OF REQUEST TO REMOVE THE EXISTING CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY FULLERTON (CSUF) STUDENT SHUTTLE STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF GARNET LANE AND DEERPARK DRIVE.
  8. CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST TO DESIGNATE A 15-MINUTE PASSENGER LOADING ZONE ON THE EAST SIDE OF RICHMAN AVENUE IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY AT 410 S. RICHMAN AVENUE.
