This contract was awarded to Bomel Construction for $13,453,165.00.

The project includes construction of 820-stall parking structure at the southwest corner of the Harbor and Santa Fe intersection.  The project also includes pedestrian improvements on BNSF bridge over Harbor, Santa Fe improvements, and traffic signal at the Harbor and Santa Fe intersection.  It is scheduled to be completed in June of 2012.
