Development of a public parking structure to expand transit-serving parking facilities at the Fullerton Transportation Center. The proposed project includes construction of a 3-story (approximately 35 foot high) parking structure with 5 levels of parking (includes 1 level of subterranean parking and parking on the upper level). The parking structure will provide approximately 1,000 parking spaces and pedestrian access across Harbor Blvd. to the Transit Center. At opening, the parking will be free to the public.
The area covered by the parking structure is generally bounded by Harbor Blvd. on the east, Santa Fe Ave. on the north, railroad right-of-way on the south and the centerline of Malden Ave. on the west. It was formerly the site of World Citrus.
