The project applicant, Watt Communities, LLC, proposes a residential development (Citrus Park) with a mix of single-family detached and townhome-style residential units with areas of common open space, parking, and infrastructure to serve project residents. The proposed site is located at 626-700 S. Euclid Street, on the east side of Euclid Street between Orangethorpe Avenue and Valencia Drive.

This project was approved by Planning Commission on October 26, 2011 and by City Council on November 15, 2011. Project is being constructed under Tract 17419. Water and sewer improvement plans are under review by city staff.

The project is scheduled for public hearing by the Planning Commission on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 in the Council Chambers of Fullerton City Hall, 303 W. Commonwealth Avenue.
