| | | Downtown Core & Corridors Specific Plan Evaluation Committee The Evaluation Committee is proposed as a 17 member committee, of which 7 members are City staff and 10 are representatives of the Fullerton Community, appointed by the City Council.
The Evaluation Committee’s role is to review each of the Statement of Qualification packages received in response to the RFQ for the Downtown Core and Corridors Specific Plan and Program EIR; evaluate them based on a set scoring system; and as a group, select the top three ranked teams to continue in the selection process. The Evaluation Committee will then be responsible to review the additional information provided by the top three teams; attend presentations by these teams; prepare a final evaluation based on a set scoring system; and as a group, identify the top team to be presented to City Council for approval. Following this recommendation, the Evaluation Committee would be disbanded. The work of the Committee will occur between the months of March and May, 2011.
