The City requires that any person conducting, managing, carrying on or engaging in any business, trade, profession, or occupation in the City of Fullerton, obtain a business registration certificate from the City.

A business registration application form needs to be completed in order to:

• register a business
• or make a change to your business
  • name,
  • ownership,
  • address
  • or activity.

• Apply in person at the Business Registration Office at Fullerton City Hall, 303 W. Commonwealth Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832. City Hall Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday (City Hall is closed alternate Fridays).
