The event, sponsored by "Lifeline 4 Paws" and hosted by the City of Fullerton is free for those living in the 92831, 92832, 92833 and 92835 area codes; however, appointments are required.

Though the free spay and neuter surgeries are restricted by proof of area codes, the free microchip for pets is unrestricted. Vaccines will also be available for a minimal cost. Spay and neuter surgeries are first come, first served and microchips and vaccines are available while supplies last.
