Fullerton, CA – Legends and Legacies: The First 100 Years of Fullerton College will be kick-off with an opening reception at the Fullerton Museum Center on Saturday, April 27, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Celebrating Fullerton College's Centennial, this exhibit will explore the historical, social, and cultural growth of the college and its relationship with Orange County through personal histories and collections. It also observes the growing role of technology in contemporary education and asks what kind of college it should become. Visitors are encouraged to contribute to this ongoing conversation.

The opening reception will include a display of vintage cars,  live entertainment, light refreshments, a curator's talk and more.

The exhibit is curated by Fullerton College and will be open to the public through July 14, 2013.  Admission is free for members of the Fullerton Museum Center, and $10 for the general public.  Tickets will also include admission to the exhibit.
