Fullerton, Ca – Applications are being accepted from persons interested in filling vacancies on the Energy and Resource Management Committee, an advisory group to the Fullerton City Council.
Deadline for returning the applications - 5 p.m. Thursday, March 28, 2013.
The Energy and Resource Management Committee advises the Council on such matters as city-wide recycling programs, alternate energy sources and energy conservation measures. The committee will also serve as an appeals board to the water rate refund matter and other resource issues.
The terms will expire December 31, 2016.
Applicants must be Fullerton residents. The positions are volunteer, and there is no financial remuneration. Some commission and committee members may be required by state law to file conflict of interest disclosure statements.
Applications and further information may be obtained by calling the Fullerton City Clerk's Office at (714) 738-6571, or by visiting the office on the first floor of Fullerton City Hall, 303 W. Commonwealth Ave.
Completed applications must be returned to the City Clerk’s Office.

Persons requiring special accommodations to serve on the Energy Resource Committee are asked to notify the City Clerk Office staff when filing their applications.
