The Fullerton Senior Club will raise a glass to summer when it hosts a “Summer Happy Hour” Friday, August 17.  The festivities will take place from 3-6 p.m. at the Fullerton Community Center’s temporary location at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 400 W. Commonwealth Ave.

          The “happy hour” will feature complimentary hors d’oeuvres, as well as a no-host bar offering beer, wine and soft drinks for a nominal charge.    Entertainment for the gathering will be provided by the “5 Star Band,” and guests will be welcome to dance.

          A $3 entrance fee will be requested at the door.
